Inverted Microscopes with ZEISS Imaging systems
Together with our lab partner ZEISS, we can offer upgraded microscopes and microscope cameras in and outside of the cell labs.
Cell labs
- Cell lab 1: ZEISS Primovert iLED, GFP + Axiocam 203 Mono
- Cell lab 2: ZEISS Primovert KMAT + Axiocam 105 Color
- Cell lab 3: ZEISS Primovert iLED, GFP + Axiocam 203 Mono
the Nikon EclipeTs2-FL microscope in Cell lab 1 is now equipped with a ZEISS Axiocam 305 and offers the possibility to take overlay pictures of fluorescence channels.
Imaging lab
The inverted fluorescence microcope, Leica DM IRBE, has now a ZEISS Axiocam 705 and a computer running ZEN imaging software that allows to take overlay pictures.
ZEN image acquisition and analysis software
Tip: Download ZEN lite, a free copy of the ZEN microscopy software and use it as a viewer for ZEISS image files (CZI)and other standard file types. ZEN lite does even offer fundamental image analysis and processing. Read more here

In the ZEISS Portal, you can find video tutorials within the “ZEISS Academy” (tab on the left-hand side) where you can search for the specific topic you are interested in.
