   Hello dear Martina,

   I hope you’re doing well.
   My name is Shohreh, and I started working at Saveggy about two months ago. I’ve been tasked with managing a fermentation-related project and will need to use an incubator (set to 37°C for two to three days). I also wanted to ask if you could provide me with a fermentation vessel (500 ml to 1 liter) that allows for pH measurement without opening the jar.

   I would greatly appreciate your assistance with this. Additionally, could you please connect me with the person responsible for the autoclave? I need to ensure the fermentation vessels are sterile and will need to autoclave them before use.
