About this instrument
The controller can be used for single- and multi-use bioreactors from 50 mL (working volume) up to a total volume of 3 L. The current configuration is optimised for culturing bacteria and not suitable for cell cultures. For cell cultures please see Bioreactor for cells.
A multi-use/autoclavable 3l stirred tank reactor is available (Applikon Bio).
- 4 channel MFC for precise control of Air, Nitrogen, CO2 and Oxygen
- 3 peristaltic pumps for e.g. Alkali, Antifoam and Addition
- Sensors for dissolved oxygen (DO), pH, temperature and level
- heating blanket for temperature control
- Lucullus LITE is provided for data logging
